Yes. To ensure fresh-tasting, safe drinking water, Ideal Pure Water recommends cleaning and sanitizing your water dispenser every six months.

Customers have flexible options for maintenance:

• Self-cleaning option – You can clean and sanitize your dispenser using Pristine® H2OK Water Cooler Cleaner, available for purchase from Ideal Pure Water.
• Professional service option – If requested, one of our trained technicians can clean and sanitize your home or office cooler for you.
