Dear Customer,

This comes in the form of a goodbye/hello letter. After 35 years of owning and

operating Ideal Pure Water, my father, Mike, and I have decided to retire and say

“goodbye”. Providing you with bottled water has been our pleasure. With whole

hearts we thank you for having supported our local business model and for your

many years of loyalty. THANK YOU.

The “hello” part of this letter is to introduce the new owners. The company will

now be under the Culligan banner, the most recognized name in the industry.

We have full faith and confidence in the folks at Culligan and know they will

continue to provide uninterrupted, excellent customer service and product

to your doorstep.
